Raspberry Ribbons Challenge.

Today is also Raspberry Ribbons new sketch challenge. Its a great sketch as usual and all you have to do is somewhere include some ribbon. I had to make a 40th wedding anniversary card for my lovely in-laws and this sketch was just perfect.

The ribbons are from a Raspberry Ribbons which each month have a fab ribbon kit. This months kit is now live and you can see it Here.

One Stop Craft Challenge

This week its my turn to set the challenge over at One Stop Craft Challenge. I have chosen Buttons and Bows. All you need to do is create any type of craft item and somewhere add either buttons,bows or if you like both. The prize this week has been donated by Shelley and is a selection of embossing powders worth £10. This is my card;

I have been tagged by Donna and my instructions are to put the 6th photo, in the 6th file, on my computer, onto my blog and explain it.
Well this was a bit scary as it could of been a picture of me!!! but it isn't. The 6th photo in the 6th file is one of daughter Skye on holiday last year at Camber Sands. It was a scooter rally and one of the bands were playing all the songs from Quadrophenia. All evening Skye was waiting for the song Bell Boy but fell asleep just as the song before was finishing. She was so cross when she woke up with me as well as missing the song.

I can't believe its Saturday again and time for this weeks challenge at
One Stop Craft Challenge
This week its Maggie's turn and she wants to see any craft item made with charms. For a bit of inspiration pop over to the Blog and see what the design team have made this week. As usual they have some fab ideas.
I have made a 'Pencil Case Charm'

I have used 3 eyepins and along with a flower charm at the bottom of each one I have add coloured beads along with thread and thin ribbon randomly to each one. They are then attached to a mobile phone cord.

Papertake Weekly Challenge

Over at Papertake Weekly this week its another great sketch. I decided to make a birthday card as there are rather alot of party invitations building up for the girls so it was a good excuse to join in this challenge and make a start on everyones cards.

This weeks its Eleanor's turn and she wants us to

I have chosen England as my country and I have 'Crafted Like A Victorian' using just scissors some ribbon and images cut from paper. Oh and some double sided tape not victorian I know but so much easier than flour and water.
The ribbon is some I had in my rather large ribbon bag and the papers and images all come from a pack of 6 assorted 12x12 papers from MIC

Little Loving Kids Unmounted Stamps Set 1

This month I have been using Little Loving Kids unmounted stamps by Creative Expressions. I can recommend these stamps and so can my girls. They are easy to use and colouring in is a dream as the designs are bold. The rest of the design team have been using other images from this and other sets. One Stop Craft Challenge

This week the challenge has been set by Donna and its a great one. Donna wants you to 'Take a Punch.' You can use any type of punch you like and make any type of craft item. The DT have make some wonderful creations this week and you can see them and more details over at One Stop Craft Challenge.I have made a card this week and used a corner rounder and a scallop edged circle punch. One very lucky winner will win 12 sheets of Jolly Nation Decoupage Sheets which have been donated by Jolly Nation.
