OSCC Challenge 64

Love and Kisses
This week Shelley has set the challenge and its all about Love and Kisses (Valentines). I find Valentines day cards the hardest to do, I don't know why, and apart from the odd heart stamp don't have many things that are suitable for love cards. However I remembered I had this stamp from Elzybells Fairytale stamps which has 'The Frog Prince ' on it (the story where she kisses the Frog and he turns into a Prince)and decided to it would be perfect.
The papers are from a set that came free with a scrapbook mag, and I used H2O'S to colour the image in. Buttons from my stash box.

All the details of the challenge can be found on the challenge blog One Stop Craft Challenge along with the rest of the DT'S cards and details of this weeks prize.
Have a good weekend, Nikki xx

Oscc Challenge 63 and Welcome to our Designers

Today at OSCC We are very pleased to announce the new members of our DT team and say a really big thank you to everyone who took part, it was a really tough decision but we have chosen the following 4 ladies;
Suzi
Chrissie
Itzuvit
Gina
A warm welcome to you all and we are looking forward to working with you and seeing what challenges you all set for us.
Now this week it's our lovely Sharon who has set the challenge,
and its 'FANCY EDGES '
Now I have put a slight tangent on this and instead of using punches or scissors I have used fluid chalk and stitches to make my edges fancy.

I can't wait to see what you come up with this week.
Pop over to the One Stop Craft Challenge blog and you can see what the rest of the team have come up with and see details of this weeks prize.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend

I can Crochet !!!!!

One thing I wanted to do this year was challenge myself to try new things and learning how to crochet was one of them. With all this snow, meaning extra days at home, I sat and learnt how to crochet. I made the bag and also the flower myself and the handles came free with a knitting mag.

It isn't perfect but I am very pleased with it.

Project Tuesday-One Sheet Box

Today is Project Tuesday new challenge day. This week it is a box made from one sheet of card. Its so easy to make. I decided to theme mine around Easter but sadly my only 'Happy Easter' stamp is too big even when I tried to make it into tag to add to the side.

The stamp is from Elzybellsand I coloured the chick in with H2O'S.
I used Brazil card for the main box and paper and card from the left over scrap box.
The ribbon was also a some I had in the ribbon bag left over from another project. So not only was this a nice quick project it was a lovely cheap one as well.
Hope you all keeping warm

Oscc Challenge 62

Hi there, hope you are all keeping warm in this weather. Firstly thank you for all the wonderful entries for my challenge last week and the DT call. It is going to be a very hard decision.
Now this week we have another great challenge this time set by Maggie. It's
A night at the Movies.
Now this can be anything to do with the movies and as Megan is Cinderella mad and has her 5th birthday today I choose to combine the two.
